Shipping Policy

Where we ship
Derm Intellect currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only. If you're located in the US, please order through our Amazon store, search Derm Intellect on Amazon.com

Processing time
Orders are processed within 5 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During busy periods (launches, promotions, holidays) processing may take slightly longer, we'll always aim to keep you updated if there's a delay.

Delivery time
Once your order has shipped, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery within the UK. This excludes weekends and UK bank holidays.

Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Delays outside our control
We're not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us at info@dermintellect.com and we'll look into it.

Incorrect address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout, we're not able to redirect or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
