Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Derm Intellect products. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you want to return it, and a further 14 days from that notice to send the item back to us.

Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be unopened, with its original seal intact, and in its original packaging. Because these are skincare products, we're unable to accept opened or used items back for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (see below).

You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Starting a return
Contact us at info@dermintellect.com with your order number to request a return. Items sent back without a return request first will not be accepted. If approved, we'll confirm the return address and next steps by email.

Damages, defects, or wrong item
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us at info@dermintellect.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll sort it. Full refund or replacement, your choice, and we cover return shipping in this case.

Sale items
Items purchased on sale are final and not eligible for return, unless damaged or defective.

Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your own cost. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover it.

UK & EU 14-day cooling-off period

If you're ordering from the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without needing to give a justification. You then have a further 14 days from your cancellation notice to send the item back. The item must still be unopened and in its original condition as outlined above.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may add a few extra days on top of that.

Amazon orders
If you purchased through Amazon, please use Amazon's return process rather than this page, Amazon handles those returns directly.
